Carson City deputies arrest three for possession of stolen kayaks which were found damaged and gratified with swastikas

A 23-year-old New Mexico man, a 23-year-old New Mexico man and a 26-year-old Carson City man were arrested in the 5000 block of Carson River Road for felony possession of or receiving stolen property.
