Long Island veteran is on a roll with Vice, his new coffee and doughnut food truck

After hearing the Mister Softee jingle while craving doughnuts, Army Reserve Sgt. Joseph O’Brien of Long Island was inspired to create the Vice Doughnut and Coffee food truck.
